MadWall has immediate openings for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative position in Burlington.
Start Date: ASAP
Shift & Wage -
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm
Wage: $16-18

Full Time Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Determines/understands customer equipment needs through questioning and qualifying
- Negotiates price and volume of original orders by maximizing rate and volume
- Stacking and Packaging
- Processing Orders
- Administers rental contracts (new and existing) including on and off rental dates, filing of contracts and related paperwork, and checking invoices and credit memos against contract files
- Handles customer complaints in a professional manner
- Performs other duties as assigned by the manager
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Customer Service
- Fluent in English and French oral and written
- Able to lift up to 35 Lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive work
