Start Date: Immediate Start

Shift & Wage -

Days: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Wage: $19.00-22.00 per hour

Full Time Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

- Post daily invoices and apply payments
- Create credit and debit notes
- Verify customer resale certificates
- Follow up with customers
- Reconcile customer/vendor accounts
- Prepare bank reconciliations and credit card transactions
- resolve accounts payable and receivable issues and/or inquires
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist with tax filings in various government agencies
- Complete end-of-months close procedures
- Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to work organize work with large amounts of information efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to different support needs
